PAYMENT POLICY
We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover,
American Express, and personal checks with proper ID. Payment for
treatment rendered is due at each appointment.
We offer easy payment plans with 0% finance fees through Care Credit
and Citi Card. Ask our friendly office staff for details.
INSURANCE
We accept most insurance plans and will be happy to bill your insurance company for you. You will need to provide us with current information regarding your insurance carrier name and employee Social Security Number.
Your insurance may pay 100% on some procedures but may pay 0-90% on other procedures. Our staff will help you in determining the breakdown of coverage for you. We will do everything we can to help you receive your maximum insurance coverage, however, please know that our contract is with you and not your insurance company.
